Today there was an emergency call with Foresters and all the NMO's. We learned about the new requirements that will be in place starting August 1st. All applications for PlanRight must be submitted if a call to apptical was made, even if the client is declined or does not accept the plan. HIPAA is now mandating that we send in the signed application showing that we had permission to run the MIB and Script Check. Failure to comply with this new requirement will result in the in ability to sell any point of sale products with Foresters.
